Audaryspaq — the strength of tradition and the spirit of the Great Steppe

Two athletes on horseback take part in a bout. Their goal is to unbalance the opponent and throw him from the saddle while keeping stability and control of their own horse.

Audaryspaq demands from an athlete:

• physical strength;
• agility and endurance;
• courage and quick reactions;
• tactical thinking;
• confident horsemanship;
• the ability to feel the horse and act together with it.

Victory depends not only on the athlete's strength, but also on technique, stability in the saddle, the right tactics and mutual understanding with the horse.

The Federation works on improving sporting rules, developing the judging corps, preparing the national team and expanding international cooperation.

Its creation was an important step in the international development of traditional horseback wrestling and in uniting countries where equestrian games are part of history, culture and sporting heritage.
